Accounts Payable Specialist – Manufacturing
Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Hourly
An established manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on Accounts Payable experience is required
- Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
- Experience with invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, and three-way matching
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and lookups
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Enter and process vendor invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving records
- Resolve pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with payment processing and month-end closing
- Maintain accurate AP records
