Legal Print Specialist-Nashville

Overview We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Legal Print Specialist to oversee printing operations for our client, a prominent upscale law firm, for approximately 14 months or longer. Job Posting: Legal Print Specialist Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour, based on experience Perks and Benefits: Free 24/7 Onsite Parking + Paid Lunch 3 Days/Week Responsibilities Manage high-volume print production, including legal documents, presentations, trial binders and client materials. Operate and maintain digital and offset printing equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm standards. Coordinate binding, finishing, and delivery of printed materials. Handle scanning, copying, and document preparation requests from attorneys and staff. Maintain an organized and efficient print workflow to meet tight deadlines. Assist with other office services tasks as needed, such as mailroom operations, supply ordering, and special projects. Adhere to strict confidentiality policy at all times. Qualifications Strong background in legal print production. Proficiency with high-volume copiers, printers, and finishing equipment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, well-spoken, polished personality. The compensation outlined reflects expectations for candidates who fully meet the role’s qualifications in terms of education and experience.
