Maintenance Tech

What this job involves As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical maintenance operations. This role involves preventative maintenance programs, coordinating with third‑party vendors, and ensuring safe, efficient facility operations through hands‑on technical expertise and work order management. What your day‑to‑day will look like Assisting with third‑party vendor activities Performing preventative maintenance Creating and closing work orders with detailed documentation of labor hours and parts usage Maintaining positive working relationships across all facility operations Following all safety procedures to promote a safe working environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays 3+ years of PC competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical demands including repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking for shifts up to 12 hours Capability to work in various conditions including small spaces, dust, temperature variations, noise, vibration, and wet or uneven surfaces Preferred Qualifications 3+ years' experience in preventative maintenance Work order management experience Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and safety standards Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
