As a Resource Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator of talent, the mastermind behind staffing, and the glue that holds it all together. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with discipline leads across multiple portfolios to maximize team utilization and meet project targets. Forecast client needs and ensure the right talent is available at the right time. Provide detailed utilization reports to project teams and contribute to utilization trends and forecasts. Handle staffing requests for full‑time and freelance talent, working with Portfolio and Discipline Leads to fill gaps. Lead weekly staffing meetings and coordinate ad‑hoc meetings as needed. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of core skills and their usage contexts. Communicate resource forecasts, pipeline, and project status to Portfolio and Discipline Leads. Qualifications 3–5 years of resource management, staffing, or workforce planning experience in an agency or consultancy (digital marketing agency experience a plus). In‑depth understanding of disciplines and craft skill sets within a creative and digital agency (project management, creative, strategy, production, data science, engineering, media, account management, social strategy). Strong attention to detail and passion for managing people and projects. Proficiency with data reporting and utilization forecasting. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients. Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset with proactive problem‑solving and initiative. Experience with staffing tools or resource‑management software. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
