Front Office Associate Full Time (Primary Care)

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Front Office Associate to join our Primary Care team in Sun City Center. This full-time, MondayFriday role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical office and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Position Details

• Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Pay range: $18.00 $23.50 per hour
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and 7 paid holidays

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients warmly and professionally
• Managing timely check-in and check-out
• Handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clerical tasks
• Supporting patient flow and maintaining a positive office environment
• Using EMR systems (Athena experience preferred but not required)

Required Experience MUST MEET TO APPLY

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
