Job Summary Full-time Front Office Associate in Sun City Center, FL. About the Role Seeking a positive, energetic team member who loves patient interaction and supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities Perform timely check‑in and check‑out of patients. Greet patients with a warm smile and pleasant voice. Execute a variety of clerical functions for the medical office. Assist with appointment scheduling, phone triage, and patient registration. Support the clinic’s Electronic Health Records systems, referral processes, and Patient Portal. Follow all safety procedures while standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 25 pounds as required. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience. 1–3 months related experience or training preferred. Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems. Athena knowledge preferred but not required. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively.
