Overview Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Front Office Associate to join our Primary Care team in Sun City Center. This full‑time, Monday–Friday role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced medical office and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Location Location: 4051 Upper Creek Drive, Ste 101, Sun City Center, FL Position Details Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Pay range: $18.00 – $23.50 per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and 7 paid holidays Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth How You Will Make An Impact As a Front Office Associate , you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients warmly and professionally Managing timely check‑in and check‑out Handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clerical tasks Supporting patient flow and maintaining a positive office environment Using EMR systems (Athena experience preferred but not required) Required Experience Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a healthcare environment Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a busy medical office Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally Why Join Millennium Physician Group Since 2008, Millennium Physician Group has grown into one of Florida’s largest comprehensive primary care practices, with more than 400 providers statewide.
