This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy over micromanagement , impact over activity , and selling solutions over selling scripts . The Role (What You’ll Own) This isn’t transactional sales. You are the orchestrator of the buyer journey . Act as the primary point of contact for buyers from first conversation to closing. Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, lifestyle, budget, and long‑term vision. Present home designs, options, and communities as solutions , not just products. Manage the sales process like a project: timelines, communication, expectations, and next steps. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, buyer experience, and community positioning. Proactively follow up, guide decisions, and keep deals moving forward with clarity and confidence. Stay informed on market trends, product details, and community updates to advise buyers strategically. Maintain compliance, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail. Who This Role Is Perfect For Have a project management, consulting, or sales background and enjoy owning outcomes. Love selling ideas, concepts, and possibilities , not just pricing and features.
