Bilingual Warehouse Clerk English Chinese

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Clerk to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting hotel operations through efficient storage and distribution of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

Verify product quantity and quality against purchase orders.

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.

Assist with monthly inventory audits and reporting.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) required.

Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, email).
