You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist customers with questions, and help ensure every customer has a positive experience from their first interaction with us. What You’ll Do: Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service and maintenance appointments Listen to customer needs and determine the appropriate next steps Schedule and confirm appointments accurately Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and questions Maintain accurate customer information and service records in ServiceTitan Communicate professionally with technicians and internal team members Help resolve customer concerns and escalation issues when appropriate Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding appointments and services Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude in every customer interaction Support the team with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed What We’re Looking For: 1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home-services experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with computers and learning new software ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Dependable team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service Why You’ll Love It Here: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to build a career with an established HVAC company Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
