Wellness Programs Assistant: Outreach & Education

Hinesassoc

Hines & Associates, Inc. in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Wellness Assistant to manage a list of member files requiring initial outreach, ensure receipt of standard disease and wellness education, and assist members in creating Healthy Tomorrows by Hines accounts.

You will answer questions on member accounts and support program activities with the wellness mobile/online application. You will collaborate with the wellness program manager, health coaches, chronic condition nurses, and other team
