Real Estate Apprentice - High Commission Split, Training Provided

Recently licensed or close to completing your real estate license?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take the next step and learn how to turn their license into a working real estate business.

You’ll receive practical training and coaching from experienced agents while learning how to find potential buyers and sellers, generate new opportunities, follow up with prospects, build a pipeline, and work with clients throughout the transaction process.

Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, you’ll have a proven daily system to follow, regular coaching, and experienced professionals available to help you develop your skills and become more confident working with clients.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce as your business grows. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you flexibility as you establish your career.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is coachable, and is willing to consistently work toward building their business.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and coaching provided.

Compensation:

$125,400 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective strategies for prospecting and closing deals.
• Utilize our proven daily system to manage your tasks efficiently and stay on track with your goals.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and build confidence in client interactions.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings, showcasing the unique features of each home.
• Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with clients and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with clients to understand and meet their real estate needs.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies for prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently using our proven daily system.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present property listings and interact with clients and colleagues alike.
