Milwaukee | Up to $250,000 + Benefits

An opportunity to lead both the data and wider technology agenda for a growing industrial organisation investing heavily in transformation. You will shape the data, AI and automation strategy while building the foundations needed to drive long-term business value.

The Company

Our client is an established manufacturing business undergoing significant technology change. Having invested in modern enterprise systems and analytics capabilities, they are now focused on strengthening data management, improving decision-making, and identifying practical AI opportunities across the organisation.

The Role

You will:

Lead the data, AI and technology roadmap.
Build strong data governance, management, and reporting capabilities.
Develop the foundations required for successful AI adoption.
Identify automation opportunities across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
Enhance analytics and reporting using Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, and sales.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technology team.
Advise senior leadership on technology strategy and emerging trends.

Your Skills & Experience

Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, AI, and technology functions.
Commercial experience delivering data, digital, or AI transformation initiatives.
Expertise in data governance, reporting, business intelligence, and modern data platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

What They Offer

Up to $250,000 base salary plus benefits (including a bonus).
