Territory Sales Manager – Hydronics (New York, NY) Our client is an established manufacturer of hydronic heating systems and equipment serving residential, commercial, and institutional applications. They are adding a Territory Sales Manager responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships across the Eastern US. Responsibilities Promote hydronic heating systems and equipment to engineering firms, mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, or other industry partners Grow territory sales through sales agents, manufacturer representatives, and distributors to meet sales targets Select hydronic equipment based on client applications and technical requirements and prepare quotes Organize product and technical training sessions for clients, distributors, contractors, and industry partners Attend industry trade shows and events Provide post‑sale technical support to clients Handle inbound client inquiries related to products, applications, and equipment selection Drive product demand by engaging end users, engineering firms, contractors, distributors, and channel partners Support coordination between clients and internal teams Support new product development and product launches Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hydronic sales, hydronic heating systems, hydronic equipment, or related hydronic HVAC products General mechanical and electrical knowledge, including the ability to read technical specifications Compensation and Benefits Base salary in the 60k‒100k per year range Car allowance Cell phone provided Health insurance
