Account Manager, Commercial Insurance (Woodstock)

We’re searching for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance in Ontario. Compensation : The expected hiring range for this role is $55,200 to $69,000 based on a 37.5‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Reason for Vacancy : This is a newly created role to support expanding operations. Responsibilities Be a contributing member of our inclusive culture, alongside a vibrant national team. Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage. Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service. Maintain an inexhaustible curiosity to stay at the forefront of the insurance industry. Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads. Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients. Manage policy renewals, policy changes, and cancellations. Always uphold a client‑first focus through the claims process. Qualifications Valid RIBO License. Excellent verbal communication skills that can explain complex information simply. Strong rapport‑building abilities. Master time‑management skills, multitasking, and confidentiality. Adaptability to shifting priorities based on client needs. Bonus: at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience with a RIBO License and working towards a CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation.
