• Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working.
• Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers
• Has the availability to work various shifts with open and flexible scheduling including weekends
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs
• Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team
• Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties Include:

• taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
• making food and smoothies according to brand standards
• prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
• maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• stocking and clean-up
• Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes
• Train and coach new employees
• Assigning duties to staff during shifts
• Perform food safety temperature checks
• Prepares nightly deposit and completes closing tasks
• Prepares weekly orders and manages deliveries
• Performs weekly inventory
• Assists the General Manager with monitoring labor and food costs
• Assists the General Manager with daily operations
• Assists the General Manager in preparing for events and promotions

Salary:

• Starting $18 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!).
• Increased Pay with experience and availability.

• Prior management experience required
• Open Availability
• Customer Service-Oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet for full shift
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Serv Safe Food Handlers or Food Manager Certification preferred
