Job Description

Aerotek is hiring journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, coordinates tasks, and ensures work complies with plans, schematics, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise apprentices and journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily electrical tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and drawings to guide installation activities.
• Oversee and perform electrical wiring, including installation of circuits, panels, and related components.
• Install, run, and secure conduit systems, including bending and routing conduit for various applications.
• Coordinate and perform wire pulling activities to ensure clean, organized, and code-compliant installations.
• Support installation and coordination of low-voltage systems as required by project specifications.
• Assist with and oversee installation of switchgear and related electrical distribution equipment.
• Ensure all work follows safety standards, codes, and company procedures while maintaining a clean work area.
• Work independently when needed, making sound decisions to keep projects moving forward.
• Model reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic for the crew and address performance issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, other trades, and site leadership to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience leading electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in electrical wiring and installation of commercial and industrial systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with conduit installation, including bending and running conduit.
• Skilled in pulling wire and organizing wiring systems to meet code and project requirements.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems and their installation requirements.
• Experience working with switchgear and electrical distribution equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Demonstrated reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced field environment.
• Journeyman card (required).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Moses Lake,WA.
