Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorQuality Inspector needed for CNC manufacturing company located in Genesee County.2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday, Pay $18-20/hour depending on experience. Shift comes with $2 shift premium. A Quality Technician is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process.Their duties include, but are not limited to:Receiving & Incoming Inspections1st Piece / Set-Up InspectionsIn-process & Final InspectionsMaintaining a 5S Work EnvironmentMaintaining the QA File Structures & StorageGage CalibrationSkills Required:Ability to regularly lift and move 10 pounds, frequently lift and move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move 50 poundsBasic knowledge of measuring devices: calipers, micrometers, height gageBasic Mathematical Skills: addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals (minimum 3 places)Basic Computer Skills: able to access folders, scan and save documents, type reportsMust have solid long-term work history, personal reliable transportation, good attendance, and ability to pass all pre-employment screens.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
