Job Description Covenant House Inc. is a community-based medical facility. We are seeking a full or part-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities: Supervise and Manage Clinic Operations Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with providers to deliver quality healthcare Educate patients on medical treatments Provide primary care to patients Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations Set up and monitor medical equipment Order and administer diagnostic tests Communicate test results to patients and their families Record medical histories Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid PA License Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Company Description Covenant House Incorporated (CHI) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing quality health care to the residents of Germantown and the northwest sections of Philadelphia. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
