Supervisor, Ground Operations

Compensation $60,000-$70,000 annually The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Anticipated Schedule: Overnights Availability required all 7 days of the week. Warehouses have multiple shifts; schedules are subject to change. Warehouse leadership is expected to be onsite during their scheduled shift. Role Summary Ground Operations Supervisor, a hands‑on leader working day‑to‑day with Warehouse Associates and Leads. Responsible for staff development, coaching, operational excellence, report accuracy, scheduling, cross‑functional communication, and efficient processing of sort and launch packages. Key Responsibilities Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, embracing physically demanding work with enthusiasm. Plan and prioritize team and business initiatives, navigate technology platforms, and drive continuous improvement. Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross‑functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety. Ensure on‑time delivery and exceed expectations of customers, clients, drivers, and employees. Effectively schedule shifts based on operational hours and projected volume. Coaching, training, and developing team members. Demonstrate values‑based leadership to achieve key KPIs and metrics. Partner cross‑functionally to ensure a successful operation and organization. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or related field. Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, thriving in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners. Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Physically able to work in a warehouse environment: standing, moving boxes, lifting up to 50 pounds, operating in hot/cold temperatures, loud noise, minimal travel.
