Quality System Specialist, Digital Quality - Solution Delivery & Integration

Becton Dickinson seeks a Quality System Specialist to support digital quality management systems and solution delivery. The role involves end-user support, system improvements, validation activities, compliance oversight, and training across cross-functional teams in a regulated medical technology environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot system and data issues for end users
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to interpret requirements and enhance system design
Author test scripts and support validation and testing activities per protocols
Develop training programs on quality systems, procedures, and best practices
Support dashboard development, data extraction, and metrics analysis

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Science, or Technology
Minimum 3 years quality management systems experience in regulated industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional leadership ability
Experience with MasterControl, Pega, TrackWise, Power BI, or related quality tools preferred
