Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time  Outside Sales Representative  to join our Houston, TX team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.

As an Outside Sales Representative , you will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales throughout the Houston/Gulf Coast petrochemical market. You will work directly with industrial facilities, distributors, and internal teams to provide solutions and grow the company’s customer base.

The right candidate will have:

• 3+ years of industrial outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling petrochemical, refinery, chemical, or industrial accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the Houston/Gulf Coast market preferred.
• PVF or industrial distribution experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting industrial facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with refineries, chemical plants, terminals, tank farms, and industrial facilities.
• Conduct in-person customer visits and prospect for new business.
• Identify opportunities involving PVF, valves, pumps, hoses, loading equipment, and fluid-transfer systems.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close.
• Work with internal teams and distributors to develop solutions and support sales efforts.
• Maintain customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
