HR ManagerThe HR Manager serves as a key leadership partner within the acute care setting, overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for driving HR excellence by managing a team of HR Professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery to hospital staff and leadership. The Manager focuses on employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, and policy interpretation. This role acts as a strategic liaison to department heads, ensuring that HR initiatives align with the hospital's clinical and operational goals.Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital.
