As a Server, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, making each guest’s day better. RESPONSIBILITIES: Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders. Assist with assembling food and condiments per Outback standards. Check for order accuracy and review with guests before serving. Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring opportunities to WOW customers are maximized. Teamwork is essential. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties. For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
