We Are Hiring Location: Cookeville/Sparta, TN Facility Name: Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Schedule: PRN opportunity filling in for provider out on leave Hourly up to 40 hours per week: Malpractice coverage with tail What You Will Do Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a PRN Family Medicine APP to join our team and work in our Upper Cumberland outpatient clinics. (Assignments could be in Cookeville, Sparta, McMinnville or Smithville) Position Highlights Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP Practice setting: Outpatient only Employed position within a nonprofit health system Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration Seeking candidates with 3+ years of Primary Care APP experience About the Clinic Well established clinic in Sparta, TN Provides Primary Care Support to all ages Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
