Arizona Licensed Financial Services Advisor

Supporting student success through Title IV funding, the full-time Arizona Licensed Financial Services Advisor will assist new and continuing students with outreach, advisement, document collection, and awarding of financial aid while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities Assist students in securing Title IV funding by managing outreach, advisement, and document collection Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies while preparing operational tracking reports Conduct exit counseling for Title IV loan recipients and manage payment plans for student balances Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred Two or more years of experience as a college Title IV financial advisor Knowledge of financial aid programs and relevant regulations Experience in student advising methods and financial aid instructions Ability to work in a remote setting and provide customer service over the phone #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonoran Desert Institute (SDI)
