Our mission is to automate and enhance customer engagement through personalization, using ML and Generative AI.Key job responsibilities:In this role, you will partner closely with applied scientists, product teams, and platform engineers to define and deliver highly extensible systems that fuel personalized discovery at scale. you will lead the technical strategy and architecture of Prime Video’s end-to-end personalization stack — spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, training and serving platform, candidate retrieval, multi-stage ranking, dynamic content grouping, whole page optimization, and orchestration. Your work will shape how millions of customers discover content they love, optimizing for engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.You will bring clarity to ambiguity, complexity, ROI, planning, and trade-off etc that dramatically improves the agility, usability, and extensibility of our ML solutions. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
