Functional Specializations We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Pricing strategy Revenue growth management Commercial analytics Offer design and packaging Market research and competitive analysis Private equity value creation Business transformation Implementation support Sector Experience We work across B2B and B2C sectors and are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Technology and SaaS Manufacturing Distribution Business services Logistics and supply chain Private equity portfolio companies Data, analytics, and technology-enabled businesses Example Work Depending on level and experience, Growth Advisors may support work such as: Developing pricing, marketing, sales, GTM, product, or growth strategies Conducting market, customer, competitor, or profitability analysis Supporting commercial due diligence or value creation work Building executive-ready recommendations and client deliverables Supporting client interviews, workshops, and leadership discussions Translating analysis into practical actions clients can implement Helping clients improve revenue, margin, growth, or commercial effectiveness Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by level and project, but may include: Support or lead workstreams across strategy, growth, pricing, marketing, sales, GTM, product, or analytics Structure ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and recommendations Conduct qualitative and quantitative research Build models, analyses, presentations, and client-ready deliverables Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for client leadership Collaborate with FintastIQ team members, clients, and external partners Bring a proactive, practical, and ownership-oriented approach to client work Mentor junior team members, where applicable Ideal Background Ideal candidates may have: Prior consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a similar top-tier strategy firm Experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategy, pricing, marketing, sales, GTM, product strategy, analytics, or business transformation Experience working with B2B companies, technology companies, industrials, manufacturers, distributors, healthcare companies, life sciences businesses, or private equity portfolio companies Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and PowerPoint Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, HubSpot, ChatGPT / Codex, Claude, Gemini / AntiGravity, or similar platforms is a plus Strong communication skills and executive presence Ability to work independently in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience preferred for senior roles, but not required for all levels We are open to multiple engagement models depending on fit, level, availability, and project needs: Project-based consultant Fractional advisor Corp-to-corp contractor Part-time consultant Full-time role for exceptional candidates Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, level, specialization, engagement model, and project scope.
