About the Role

As an In‑Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company—meeting with pre‑qualified homeowners and presenting custom solutions that align with their vision. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath remodeling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build customized bath designs using our easy-to-use software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home remodeling experience is a plus)
• Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing and professional personality that thrives in social settings
• Reliable transportation and residency in or near Beltsville, MD required

Compensation

• 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential
• Expected earnings: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually (based on performance)
