The Position: Regional Director of Enterprise Sales
We are actively recruiting two full-time, W-2 Regional Directors of Enterprise Sales to lead our commercial market expansion across two high-density geographical sectors:
1\. East Coast Territory: Anchored in the Northern Virginia (Ashburn), New York, and New Jersey data center corridors.
2\. West Coast Territory: Anchored in Silicon Valley, the Pacific Northwest, and Phoenix data center clusters.
In this strategic executive role, you will lead our active outbound workflows, run cold outreach campaigns using modern toolsets, and manage major contract pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a high-velocity enterprise pipeline targeting tier-1 datacenter operators using modern tools like Apollo and PromptLab.
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from technical discovery to custom cable specification engineering alignment and final contract signature.
- Collaborate directly with our Texas production plant and Shenzhen R&D assets to ensure custom technical quotes are built and approved for clients within 24 hours.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8+ years of documented enterprise sales experience within the structured cabling, datacenter hardware, or telecom infrastructure verticals.
- Deep, active industry contacts among hyperscalers, colocation providers, or network systems integrators.
- Strong technical literacy regarding high-speed fiber topologies and copper network systems.
