Admissions Coordinator Opportunity
Join our team at Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an Admissions Coordinator!
Full-time opportunity available Monday-Friday
$40,000-$75,000 per year
Responsibilities for Admissions Coordinator:
- Obtain the resident/guardian signature on all required permits, releases, and authorizations, etc.
- Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, facilities, and care options
- Maintain a current listing of all residents & assigned room numbers.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and manage admissions paperwork
- Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies & procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Admissions Coordinator:
- Minimum 1+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
- Previous health care community relations experience.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours as admissions and marketing responsibilities may dictate
