Director of Performance Marketing

Driving innovative performance marketing strategies, the remote Director of Performance Marketing will lead client acquisition efforts through high-performance paid media, A/B testing, and data analytics while collaborating closely with leadership to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve revenue goals. Key responsibilities Set and execute the direct-to-consumer growth strategy across various channels, including Google Ads and Meta Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and improve performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing plans and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) Required qualifications Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in performance marketing with measurable results Mastery of paid search and paid social advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and predictive modeling Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution tools Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
