What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $25–$35/hour based on experience $2,500 Signing Bonus 4-day work week with plenty of overtime available Weekly pay Pro-rated PTO available Day 1 Variety of projects — no repetitive assembly line work Supportive, team-oriented work environment Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence layout, fabrication, and finish work Advanced TIG welding ability Ability to weld and finish mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Skilled in blueprint reading and custom rail layout High attention to detail with clean and polished finishing work Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for 8+ hours Additional Requirements High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus Ready to Get Started?
