What You’ll Do Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to quality. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly, especially during peak hours. Model teamwork, communication, and care for both your crew and our guests. Rotate across stations to maintain operational strength and flexibility. Uphold the highest standards for food safety and brand presentation. What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years or older. Prior kitchen experience strongly preferred; strong interest in professional growth encouraged. Dependable, punctual, and consistent; your reliability sets the tone for the team. Committed to quality, speed of service, and teamwork under pressure. Positive and composed in a fast-paced environment; no drama, no shortcuts.
