Generate new business via cold calling, networking, and referrals to consistently exceed monthly sales targets Analyze client needs and risk profiles to recommend and customize appropriate insurance products Process new applications, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with company underwriting guidelines. Build lasting relationships and provide high-quality service, resulting in high policy retention rates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
