We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are fluent in multiple languages to provide high-quality care and support to clients. The ability to communicate in more than one language ensures that clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver or healthcare aide.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and at least one other language 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and empathy.
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols.
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance or ADLs.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language to build trust and rapport.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
