Impact You’ll Make

• Lead or co‑lead the execution of business valuation and litigation support engagements, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
• Perform and oversee valuation analyses of businesses, securities, and intangible assets in the context of family law, commercial litigation, and dispute matters.
• Develop and review complex financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses, capitalization of earnings, and market‑based approaches.
• Analyze case materials, including financial records, testimony, and legal filings, to identify key issues and insights.
• Support and mentor Analysts and Associates, contributing to team development and a collaborative culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of insightful, value‑driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engagement leaders to develop workplans, execute analyses, and manage project timelines.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including review of financial statements, tax returns, accounting records, and other relevant documents.
• Perform business valuation analyses using a variety of methodologies (income, market, and asset approaches).
• Conduct industry, economic, and company‑specific research to support valuation conclusions and expert opinions.
• Prepare and review written reports, expert reports, and client deliverables, including presentations and graphical exhibits.
• Participate in client meetings, due diligence discussions, and litigation‑related proceedings (e.g., mediation, arbitration, trial support).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–8+ years of relevant experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, forensic accounting, or related disciplines.
• Experience with complex financial disputes, including business valuation, economic damages, or forensic accounting analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial theory, valuation methodologies, and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or valuation credentials (e.g., ASA, ABV) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and defend analytical conclusions.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $87,000.00 – $195,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Information about benefits can be found here –
