Purchasing AssistantWe're seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support daily business operations by managing product and material procurement for production and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong communication and follow-through, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in purchasing and supply chain operations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Place orders based on inventory and production needsTrack shipments and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryMaintain accurate purchasing records and documentationMonitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as neededCollaborate with internal teams to align purchases with company requirementsMaintain and grow vendor relationships through proactive communicationIdentify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and delivery standardsInvestigate and resolve purchase discrepancies or non-conforming materialsSupport other duties as assignedCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
