Program Manager

Job Title

Job duties include planning, execution, dependency mapping, agile ways of working, and providing key strategic program support to Sam’s Omni Commerce. Drive accountability through the Experience Team to deliver committed outcomes. Align multiple cross-functional working teams around the strategy and business requirements. Manage and drive detailed roadmap plans, timelines, key milestones, and dependencies across the organization. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure overall strategic programs deliver expected results. Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and business outcomes. Improving efficiency and optimizing ways of working throughout the Experience Teams.

Skills include advance knowledge of core Project Management and Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology and ability to apply them as well as lead and provide guidance to overall experience teams. Enable the development of end-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions spanning multiple engineering teams are required to success in this role. Have advanced knowledge of industry project manager tool-set (ex. Jira, Confluence, Zoom, etc.) and can apply and provide guidance to support daily job functions. Must be able to work effectively both on teams as well as be self-motivated, task oriented and organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, ability to delegate and monitor others progress leading efforts. Communication and able to influence team and leaders.
