You’ll work closely with the General Manager and store team to drive performance, cultivate a service-first culture, and serve as a role model for excellence in leadership and guest service. **HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE** Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise: * Drive boutique sales and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while inspiring the team through example and mentorship. * Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, including supervising staff, optimizing shift scheduling, and ensuring team productivity. * Identify training and development needs and dedicate time to in-the-moment coaching to elevate team performance and guest experience. * Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability, proactively assisting the team with challenges and opportunities. * Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent while promoting engagement and motivation. * Collaborate with the General Manager and local CRM/Marketing teams to activate in-store events and guest outreach initiatives. * Promote the usage of digital tools and services to optimize the guest journey and drive business growth. * Assist in product feedback and merchandising strategy by monitoring inventory flow, consolidations, and transfers. * Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising, and team appearance meet ZEGNA brand standards and guidelines. * Monitor adherence to company operational protocols and the ZEGNA Code of Ethics, including support with compliance and training. * Champion a guest-centric culture by consistently delivering best-in-class service and supporting the team in building strong guest relationships. **WHO YOU ARE** This is how you show up: * You bring 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a strong background in sales and team leadership. * You are an entrepreneurial and performance-driven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams. * You’re known for your emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure. * You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement. * You are detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by fast-paced, guest-centric environments. **YOUR ZEGNA OFFER** * Annual gross salary range: 110-120k * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, commuter benefits, and more. * Learning and development programs, including access to ZEGNA Su Misura certification. * Paid vacation and holidays, based on tenure and role level **NATURALLY IN ZEGNA** Joining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
