Senior IT Consultant, Digital Strategy

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in place of the degree.
• We look for at least eight years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a similar field.

• We act as the lead technical expert on project teams, helping guide technical direction and ensuring IT systems are used effectively.
• We lead business-specific initiatives by applying deep subject-matter expertise, building work plans, coordinating resources, managing deadlines, and driving progress to completion.
• We collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate recommendations, mentor junior team members, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
• We define requirements for complex or specialized process and system solutions, often spanning multiple business areas, in partnership with business and IT teams.
• We use a range of requirements-gathering methods to identify business, functional, and non-functional needs across the enterprise.
• We develop and document business cases, including analysis of costs, benefits, ROI, and total cost of ownership for solution proposals.
• We assess current and future-state processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and explain the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream components.
• We advise senior leaders on integrating requirements with existing systems and business processes.
• We influence solution design sessions, helping translate requirements into practical business solutions and recommending additional data or services where needed.
• We participate in third-party vendor evaluations when requested.
• We lead continuous improvement efforts by creating and maintaining standardized tools, templates, and processes.
• We recommend process improvements aligned with sustainable best practices and the strategic and operational goals of the business.
