Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and developing strong professional communication skills.

The Customer Service Representative will interact directly with customers, provide information about products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

No previous customer service experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Explain products, services, programs, and promotions
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Address basic customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Assist with customer follow-up and account information
• Maintain accurate customer records and information
• Support promotional and community outreach activities when needed
• Communicate customer feedback to management and team members
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or communications experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
