Vice President – Asset Management (Multifamily)A growing San Francisco–based real estate investment firm is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to lead the performance and strategy of a multifamily-focused portfolio in supply-constrained Bay Area markets. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to drive value creation across a diverse portfolio.Role OverviewOversee multifamily (and select retail) assets, ensuring top-tier operational and financial performanceLead property management teams, vendors, and capital improvement initiativesDevelop and execute value-add strategies to enhance NOI and long-term asset valueBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reportingPartner with senior leadership and investors on portfolio updates and strategyMentor junior team members and strengthen internal processesQualifications5–10+ years of real estate asset management experience (multifamily required)Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience leading value-add business plans and capital projectsExcellent communicator with strong relationship-building skillsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environmentBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredCompensationTotal Cash Comp $250-350k plus LTIP/EquityFull benefits package (health, vision, dental, 401k match, PTO)
