Sr. ISC Program Manager - SA

Senior program manager responsible for industrializing and launching new manufacturing capacity within Becton Dickinson's Integrated Supply Chain organization. Leads cross-functional teams through complex projects from planning to full-scale production in regulated medical device environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and programs in regulated environments using standard methodologies and policies
- Own launch timing milestones, risks, and deliverables across vertical start-ups
- Represent ISC on multiple platform and business unit teams across global manufacturing sites
- Support long-term capacity planning, assessing global and regional demand and utilization needs
- Identify and mitigate project, technical, industrial, and supply chain risks; ensure quality and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of project management and industrialization experience
- Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple disciplines
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated industries
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement expertise
