Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $226.98

What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries, including skull base and head & neck cases
• Manage high-risk airways and difficult anatomy with confidence
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Deliver general and regional anesthesia, without blocks, for adult high-acuity cases
• Handle emergency airway management and fragile pediatric patients (optional for locums)
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation
• Participate in a tight-knit, respectful team culture committed to excellence
• Optional opportunities for teaching and academic involvement

What You Need
Required:

• Board certification in Nurse Anesthesia
• Massachusetts license or eligibility
• ACLS certification
• Valid DEA registration
• Experience in high-acuity or specialized surgical cases

Preferred:

• Relevant prior experience in ENT or ophthalmic anesthesia
• Ability to handle complex airway cases and rare anatomy
