Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Med Ninjas is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for a 13-week locum assignment in Boston, Massachusetts , beginning December 14, 2026 .

This assignment offers flexible weekday scheduling, no call, and specialized anesthesia experience across ENT, ophthalmology, and complex head-and-neck procedures.

The facility is considering:

• Four 8-hour shifts per week
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Three 13-hour shifts per week
• Day and overnight coverage options

Candidates should identify their preferred schedule and shift times when applying.

The CRNA will provide general and regional anesthesia for:

• ENT procedures
• Ophthalmology procedures
• Head-and-neck surgery
• Complex airway cases
• Skull-base procedures
• Routine and complex surgical cases

Pediatric cases may be available, but pediatric coverage is optional for locum providers. Regional anesthesia blocks are not required.

The CRNA will:

• Manage high-risk airways and complex anatomy
• Collaborate with experienced surgical and perioperative teams
• Work within a medically directed anesthesia model
• Participate in a varied caseload that includes both routine and specialized procedures
• Have access to optional teaching and academic activities

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Massachusetts license
• Active ACLS
• Active BLS
• Active PALS
• Active DEA
• Ability to complete facility credentialing
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Teaching-hospital experience preferred

The facility is not considering candidates who need assistance obtaining a Massachusetts license.

New graduates may be considered only if they completed a clinical rotation with the facility during their training.

• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
• Eight hours of orientation are required
• Candidates should be prepared to submit credentialing materials promptly

• The compensation arrangement is all-inclusive
• A daily parking allowance is available according to facility guidelines
• Separate travel reimbursement should not be expected
