Independent Living and Community Access Lead

Easter Seals TN

Easter Seals TN is seeking a MAPS Lead to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities set goals, access technology, and learn skills for independent living, work, and community involvement. The role involves coordinating with families and a center coordinator, traveling monthly for in-person visits, and documenting progress toward milestones. The MAPS Lead will guide clients through technology use, create VCRM plans, and connect them to benefits advisement and #J-18808-Ljbffr
