Compliance And Monitoring SpecialistShift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmAbout the Role:Performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation, and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs. Ensures program compliance with financial, legal, and programmatic requirements.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that financial and programmatic reports are submitted according to specifications.Responsible for tracking of all confirmed and pending grant agreements, award payments, expenses, and other financial transactions, and for accuracy of grant archives.Ensure grant contracts are executed on all grant awards, agency compliance with those contracts, and provide support to program managers.Facilitate training and technical assistance of staff as requested.Provides support for data collection, analysis, and reporting for all grants received and in support of efficient and effective operation of the department.Establishes, maintains, and revises departmental files and records.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred.Experience: 3 to 5 years experience, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Pay Range: $21.50 to $34.83 Based On ExperienceBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after hire, plus wellness programs and mental health support403(b) retirement plan with employer match, pension, and life and disability insuranceTuition reimbursement toward advanced degrees and specialty certificationsGenerous paid time off, fitness discounts, and free on-site parkingJoin the team behind Baltimore's Center for Hope.As part of LifeBridgeHealth, you won't just respond to violence in our communities, you'll help break its cycle.
