Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications such as geriatric or neurological are a bonus but not mandatory. Previous clinical experience preferred. Proficiency in treating patients with complex medical backgrounds and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable with digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
