An exciting opportunity awaits experienced School Psychologists interested in supporting K-12 students near Charlotte, MI. This contract position runs from August 14 to June 4, 2027, offering a dynamic role focused strictly on student evaluations. With a .9 FTE schedule (four days per week), you’ll work across two sites, performing 40 to 50 comprehensive evaluations throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Strong background in conducting psychoeducational assessments
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-site schedule
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Adaptable and collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and students
Role Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled evaluations on referred K-12 students
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests and assessments
- Prepare thorough written reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and behavioral needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies and timelines
- Serve as an expert resource on evaluation procedures as needed
